Return Policy



At CareConnect.Living, operated by Care Connect Ltd, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy carefully.


1. Returns


We accept returns under the following conditions:


Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Timeframe: You have three days from the date of purchase to return an item. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

2. Refunds


Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received it. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.


Exchanges will only be accepted within three days of receiving your item.
Exchanges for a different size or color (if applicable) are also allowed, subject to availability.



5. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds for Shipping Costs: If your return is approved for a refund due to a faulty product or incorrect item, we will also refund any shipping costs paid at the time of your purchase.
Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, you may need to cover additional shipping fees if applicable.



6. International Returns


If you are returning an item from outside of Mauritius, please ensure that you follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team. International customers will be responsible for covering return shipping costs, duties, and taxes (if applicable).
